Burkina faso/a young lady arrested for killing her 70-year-old aunt in Dédougou

The national police arrested in sector no. 16 of Ouagadougou a young lady who allegedly murdered her aunt in the town of Dédougou, Mouhoun province, before fleeing towards Ouagadougou. 

The information was given this Wednesday March 13, 2024 by the communications department of the national police via a post on social networks. 

The alleged criminal told investigators that she went to Dédougou to commit the offense in order to take revenge on her late aunt who allegedly cursed her. 

Furthermore, the police in their station specify that the young lady allegedly committed the said crime last February.
